AoD build
Does anybody have a good one? I am preparing to do the Gate of Pain mission, and I read that an Avatar of Dwayna build was good because of the natural pain taken when using skills. I've looked places, even the stickies, and didn't seem to find one. Thx.

to your point there are many many posts about builds here and on PvX. just make sure to search using more that one perameter. if you still can find what you are lookin for use the appropriate forumn (farming) and ask again there.

AoD is probably fairly good there, but not essential. Regardless of what elite you take, though, make sure you're doing holy damage (such as by taking Aura of Holy Might, if you have it; Heart of Holy Flame if not) because it doubles the damage you'll be doing to most of these.
I guess if I were to throw something together I might take this: [Victorious Sweep][Wild Blow][Mystic Sweep][Heart of Fury][Aura of Holy Might (Kurzick)][Avatar of Dwayna][Eternal Aura][Sunspear Rebirth Signet] Would be nice if the icons weren't broken, but I guess that's life. |

I just recently did this mission (Literally yesterday)
And the build I took was: [Avatar of Balthazar][Heart of Fury][Mystic Vigor][Victorious Sweep][Zealous Sweep][Mystic Regeneration][Eternal Aura][Faithful Intervention] Also, just take either a Maelstrom Elementalist or a hero taking Backfire, and you should have no problem as long as your healers are confident. |

Don't forget SY!. Your party will appreciate it, since it will reduce the pressure on your monks (who will already be stressed out from the environmental effect of the mission).
